My name is Sandra Herek, a Licensed Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, Life Coach at Ignite Best Practices, and Executive Director of Ignite Counseling Services. I work with individuals, couples, and families in exploring their emotions and learning how to use them to connect with others. I am a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator and Instructor and a RDI Consultant. My approach to couples counseling is mainly oriented to emotion-focused couples therapy by Sue Johnson.
